James I. Wasserman


James Wasserman joined the Vladeck firm in November 1988, where he has been a partner since January 1991.  At the firm, Mr. Wasserman has acted as lead or co-counsel in a number of cases that have resulted in the award of pension, medical and other benefits, as well as back-pay, valued in excess of $100 million.  Mr. Wasserman graduated from the University of Chicago in 1971 and received his law degree from the Columbus School of Law of the Catholic University of America in 1974.
