Kyriazi v. Western Elec. Co.
These cases involved claims of systemic discrimination against all women employed by defendant.  The judgment against defendant and subsequent settlement of all claims led to significant change in personnel practices in the entire Bell System.

Krueger v. New York Telephone
Age discrimination action on behalf of workers at New York Telephone, which was settled following the District Court's order granting class certification.

Lo Re v. Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A.
The firm represented women officers, managers and professionals employed by the defendant Bank in a class wide discrimination action.  Settlement was approved by the federal district court.

Race discrimination action on behalf of African-American workers at a nuclear waste disposal site in South Carolina.  Claims include disparate treatment in promotions, raises, and work assignments.

Melani v. Board of Higher Education
Action alleging systemic discrimination against women on the professional instructional staff at all 18 colleges of the City University of New York, which resulted in favorable findings for the plaintiffs at trial and subsequent settlement.

Plummer v. Chemical Bank
Race discrimination action on behalf of black professionals and managers that was settled before trial.
