Fired Amazon Warehouse Leader's NLRB Dismissal Successfully Overturned

Two Amazon warehouse leaders – who were fired shortly after their colleagues voted to unionize – filed claims with the National Labor Relations Board against their former employer.
 
One of the supervisor’s cases was dismissed.   Vladeck lawyers Jeremiah Iadevaia and Brandon White successfully had that decision overturned.
 
We look forward to continuing to support them in standing up for workers’ rights.
