Vladeck Raskin & Clark P.C. is pleased to announce their new Director of Operations, Lisa Bolton.  Lisa has managed legal personnel, administration and operations within the legal industry for over fifteen years while working in mid-sized and national firms.  She leads with integrity, transparency and with a keen eye on employee satisfaction in the workplace.  Lisa earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Colby College and is a SHRM-SCP certified HR professional.   Prior to managing in the legal environment, Lisa worked in the restaurant industry as an owner/operator of several highly acclaimed Brooklyn restaurants. This service industry experience was pivotal in her growth as a relationship manager focused on providing exceptional service and support.  When not working Lisa enjoys running, open water swimming, spending time with her sons and traveling. As a legal manager focused on optimizing people's experience and performance through sustainable work systems, Lisa looks forward to overseeing the management of Vladeck Raskin and Clark P.C.
