07/30/2025Vladeck, Raskin & Clark Partner Jeremiah Iadevaia and Associate James Bagley have filed a lawsuit on behalf of Frank Nobiletti against The Polo Bar, a well-known New York City restaurant popular with celebrities. Nobiletti, who worked as a server and bartender at the restaurant for seven years, alleges that the establishment fosters a culture of sexual harassment, drug and alcohol abuse, and retaliates against employees who raise concerns.
The lawsuit includes disturbing allegations of sexual harassment involving management and highlights a toxic work environment for both men and women. Nobiletti claims that when he came forward to HR with the issues, he was retaliated against and wrongfully terminated in 2024, which he believes was directly tied to his complaints.
