Anne L. Clark has been appointed to the New York State Bar Association’s blue-ribbon Task Force on Advancing Diversity.  The Task Force will develop strategies for universities and businesses after the recent Supreme Court ruling declaring affirmative action policies at universities unlawful.  The Task Force includes the chairs of prominent law firms, members of the judiciary, general counsels of preeminent businesses, and representatives of academia.
