Vladeck is pleased to have worked with the nonprofit Elis for Rachael and two Yale students, in partnership with Disability Rights Connecticut and The Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law, to improve mental health policies for colleges students at Yale University, resolving a case filed in the District of Connecticut in November 2022, Elis for Rachael, Inc.  v. Yale University, No. 22-cv-1517. The settlement achieved significant changes to policies and practices regarding students with mental health disabilities and challenges at Yale University.
